1Acceptance of Terms

This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and God 55 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the God 55 platform — whether via web browser or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the God 55 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register for and use god 55 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years old or older at the time of registration. God 55 strictly prohibits access and use by individuals below the stipulated age.
• Location: You must be a resident of Malaysia and access the platform from within Malaysia. Access from prohibited regions is not permitted.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any legal restrictions preventing you from using God 55's services.
• One Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on God 55 at any time. Opening multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Non-Staff: God 55 staff, their immediate family members, and any individuals directly associated with the platform's operations are not eligible to register as members.

3Registration & Account Management

The God 55 registration process is designed to be simple and quick — but this does not reduce your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information.

• Important Note: You are required to provide your full name, phone number, and other accurate information during registration. False or inaccurate information may result in account suspension.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including God 55 staff.
• Unauthorised Activity: Please notify us immediately via live chat support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Identity Verification (KYC): God 55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain limit.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

God 55 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods to make your deposit process seamless. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption for optimal security.

• All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

5Withdrawals

God 55 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and efficiently. Your winnings belong to you, and we respect that right.

• Minimum Limit: The minimum amount per withdrawal is RM 30. There is no maximum limit for standard daily withdrawals; however, withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional verification.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for e-wallets and 1–3 business days for FPX transfers to a bank account.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved by our team.

• Results of completed games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical error.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tools that provide unauthorised assistance in gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, God 55 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• Jackpot winnings displayed on the game screen are estimates and are subject to verification before being credited to your account.

8Sports Betting & E-Sports

God 55's Sports Betting section covers a wide range of events including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, MPL Malaysia esports, and over 30 other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of God 55. The platform reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Bets that have been accepted and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled by the player, except under specific circumstances determined by the platform.
• In the event of a match that is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe, God 55 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the wagered amount.

• Take full responsibility for all betting and gaming decisions made through your account.
• Notify God 55 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Play within your financial means and take full responsibility for your own gaming decisions.
• Using the gaming limit tools provided by God 55 if you feel that gambling is starting to negatively affect your life.

10Account Termination & Suspension

God 55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member for the following reasons:

• Opening multiple accounts or sharing an account with another person.
• Use of bots, automated software, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse through methods not intended by the promotion's terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or compromise the integrity of the god 55 platform.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

11Liability Limits
